The objective of the individual meetings is that we make a journey of Self-knowledge where you can understand your emotions and incorporate tools to express yourself more effectively. In short, it is about developing self-confidence and, from there, learning to manage your internal world so that you have more and more information about who you are and thus be able to make your best decisions.

The meetings last one hour and are focused on results. We work on facts of the present, investigating the past to identify patterns, unlock them and re-edit them. They are spaces for active listening and personalized interaction, prepared to work on specific objectives.
